About our staff:
Vivian Mosby- Owner, Agent
Vivian grew up in New York, went to college at Syracuse University and graduated with a BA cum Laude from the State University of New York. After graduation Vivian started a career in hotel management, working in Florida for such companies as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriot, Ramada Inn.
After moving to the Pacific Northwest in 1991, Vivian worked for the Red Lion in Portland. In 1993, Vivian purchased a small Grange agency in Woodland Washington. The agency grew and doubled in size by 1998. In 1999 Grange Insurance offered Mosby Insurance, LLC. the opportunity to purchase another Grange agency in Longview and Cathlamet.
This agency came with an independent agency which was purchased as well. Mosby Insurance, LLC. became an independent agency, combining the three agencies from Woodland, Longview, and Cathlamet into one located in Longview. The agency was subsequently licensed in both Washington and Oregon.
The emphasis for our agency is excellent customer service and our goal is to live this every day.
Mosby Insurance, LLC. has been in business 18 years with a small but excellent staff, giving Vivian the leisure time to serve on several community Boards, have time for involvement on community projects and some world travel as well. |
Neely Lorimer, CISR - Office Manager, Agent
Neely was hired on to Mosby Insurance, LLC. in 1999 as a file clerk and CSR. Since that time she obtained her insurance license becoming a full time agent in 2000. Neely has continued her education to earn her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
In twelve years with Mosby Insurance, LLC. Neely has become the backbone of the agency. Our tagline “Your Satisfaction is our Goal” is what Neely strives to do for every customer, every time, every day.
It is her attention to detail and excellent customer service for all our clients that makes our agency successful each and every day.

Deanna Snow, CISR, Agent
Deanna was hired by Mosby Insurance, LLC. in 2005 as a permanent member of our staff. New to the insurance industry, Deanna learned the business quickly, obtained her agent’s license and has become a valuable part of our tem in the 6 years with us.
In 2010 Deanna passed the five courses needed to become a Certified Insurance Service Representative from the National Alliance for Insurance Education through the PIA (Professional Insurance Agents) of Washington.
Her commitment to service and strong work ethic makes her a perfect fit and an asset to our agency. |
